NOTES FOR BOOKING:
When you book direct, facilities such as hot tubs and saunas are optional to give you flexibility in what you pay for.
Prices are per property capacity and are not dependent on the actual guest number… you may rent a property with a capacity bigger than your group with more space and optional facilities but the rental price will be the same as at full occupancy.
Over-occupancy is not allowed (<2 years old are not counted).Â

How do we book?
Please use our simple and secure booking system by searching for your ideal holiday home via our homepage, simply choose your dates, location and property, complete the details adding any extras you would like!
What time is arrival and departure?
Arrival is anytime from 4pm.
Departure is anytime before 10am.
These times are srtict unless otherwise pre-arranged directly with Amos Holiday Homes.
Can we arrive earlier or later?
Our arrival and departure times are strict, to keep things running smoothly for all guests.Â
However subject to availabilty and pre-payment direct via Amos Holiday Homes, we can sometime allow different times, charged at £50 per hour.
Detail on how to do this are provided to confirmed/paid lead guests.
How do we check in?
For guests who have paid in full, whether direct with Amos Holiday Homes or via an agent, instructions will be given in your booking/final confirmation.
You will be sent a pin code and a link to check in on line and access our guest pages, there you will find lots of information about your accommodation, including the full property guide.

How do we find directions and our property guide?
Confirmed lead guests will be given full details during check in online.
For all guests in residence we have posters in in the properties with a QR code and link to all the information you need.
